Hi, my name is Michelle and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have a diverse professional background that includes working with many populations within an acute care setting, within the county jail and with victims of abuse. I enjoy working with adults and teens through their concerns with depression, anxiety, substance abuse and whatever may bring them in for additional support. The client is always at the center of my approach and together we can find a way to access and build on the strengths you have. My experience in using Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), skill development, motivational interviewing and solution focused techniques can help us can find what fits your needs and desired goals.
